How Change Unfolds
After your Wellness Vision Session, we begin to translate insight into embodied change. In our ongoing Health Coaching sessions, you’ll explore how to align your time, energy, and daily rhythms with what truly matters. Not the pace the world demands, but the cadence your body and values whisper for.
Together, we’ll soften the patterns of over functioning and perfectionism that keep you in constant motion. You’ll practice what it feels like to pause, to let the body exhale, to find steadiness in your own timing, and to trust the quiet intelligence within you.
This is coaching for change-makers learning to stay in themselves while showing up for others—to lead with clarity, compassion, and a nervous system at ease.
Here's How It Works

60-minute sessions via Zoom or phone, typically twice a month for three months.

Personalized follow-up emails with practices and resources to help integrate your insights between sessions.

A weaving of mindfulness, guided imagery, somatic awareness, Internal Family Systems, habit science, and self-compassion, all designed to reconnect you to your wise, centered self.
By the end of our work together, you’ll have more than new habits; you’ll have a renewed relationship with your body’s wisdom - - a way of living that feels anchored, responsive, and true.
