In Hindu mythology, there is the concept of the third eye which represents perception beyond ordinary sight. My conversations with Amy lead me to the opening of my third eye. Amy's patient listening and constant compassion has allowed me greater understanding of myself and those around me in examining recurring themes of love, meaning, chaos, loss, and life.

I have always wanted to believe that even the most difficult of life’s challenges can be solved simply though sound planning, action, and reason. Working with Amy has expanded my understanding of myself, and how to integrate more of my feelings and experiences into numerous aspects of my life. She respects my desire for intellectual rigor and curiosity, while supporting me to consider a more holistic approach. I have found her coaching to be a life-changing shift for me both professionally and personally.

Working with Amy defined coaching in a whole new way for me. Truth-teller, challenger, supporter and wise one all wrapped up in authenticity and energy to meet me exactly where I am. Through our coaching sessions, I have found more freedom to live in my purpose and to move away from things that hold me back.

I’m in a good place right now, and I feel like I owe so much of that to my coaching work with Amy. I've been able to form new habits; I practice gratitude every day, and wake up each morning with a sense of purpose. I look for joy everywhere and I find it in small ways that I took for granted before. I’m doing twenty minutes of meditation almost every day, and it helps with my stress and pain. My mind is calmer, and I find I can solve problems because my head isn’t so filled with so many anxious thoughts.

Before coaching with Amy I felt overwhelmed, disconnected from my body and totally burned out. After our coaching work together, I feel like I really know how to set better boundaries and take care of myself in new ways that don't include numbing out with food or constantly reaching for Instagram when I'm uncomfortable. I feel more free.
