Jonathan Kodet, PhD
Hello, I'm glad you're here.
Taking the first step in therapy or coaching can take courage. I honor the effort it takes to seek out a space for change. You deserve a place where your story is truly heard—not just your symptoms, but the full weight of your lived experience. Most people seek my support when they feel a disconnect between the life they are living and the vitality they know is possible. My passion is helping people move beyond a life of "just coping" so they can inhabit their lives with genuine vitality and presence.
I am passionate about the work I do - in a nutshell, experiential strategies to help clients get unstuck.
My approach emphasizes that your "symptoms" are often meaningful signals of unmet needs. Together, we look beneath the surface to uncover and tend to these roots, helping you reclaim your agency and create a life of authentic self-expression.
