I have a special interest in supporting:

WHERE

  • Therapy, In-Person — Long Lake, MN

  • Therapy, Video — Available throughout Minnesota and Florida

  • Coaching, Video — Available worldwide (nothing off-world yet!)

WHEN

Most people reach out when they feel a disconnect between the life they are living and the vitality they know is possible.

Often, the decision to begin is less about crisis and more about recognizing that simply coping is no longer enough.

You may sense:

  • A gap between who you are and how you are living

  • Patterns that keep repeating despite insight

  • Relationships that feel strained or stagnant

  • A quiet knowing that more aliveness is available

WHY

Because your “symptoms” are not random flaws.

They are often meaningful signals of unmet needs that may have gone underground. Anxiety, disconnection, conflict, or numbness frequently point to something deeper asking for attention.

Rather than managing symptoms alone, we look beneath the surface — tending to the roots so that lasting change becomes possible.

HOW

Contact me below for a free consultation to see if this is a good fit for you.

This work is for people who are ready to move beyond “just coping” and step into genuine vitality and presence.

My approach is integrative and rooted in advanced training across multiple frameworks. I draw from emotion- and somatic-focused therapies, attachment-based and interpersonal models, and experiential, humanistic approaches. My work is also informed by mind–body science, multicultural awareness, relational and systemic perspectives, and ecotherapy—recognizing the healing potential of our connection to the natural world.

Together, we attend to your inner emotional landscape while also considering the relationships, systems, and environments that shape your experience.
