Service Description
What matters most—and how can your days reflect it? These are the questions at the heart of coaching. Together, we’ll listen for what your life is asking of you now, clarify your vision for well-being, and create habits that help you live with steadiness, meaning, and joy. Health coaching helps you bridge knowing into doing—so your energy, focus, and choices align with what truly matters. Each 60-minute session (via Zoom or phone) weaves science and soul: mindfulness, habit formation, Internal Family Systems, self-compassion, and other evidence-based tools that nurture change from the inside out. After each session, you’ll receive a follow-up email with personalized resources to support your next steps. Over time, you’ll cultivate the capacity to meet your life from the center—with grounded clarity, openhearted courage, and the skills to sustain your well-being while doing the work that calls you.
