I'm Amy Rodquist, a certified holistic health coach, wellness strategist, and former international aid worker. I help people live, lead, and flourish from the center. My passion is supporting those who do good in the world to also be well in the world.
Coaching with me is a meeting of skill and soul, grounded in neuroscience and somatic wisdom and shaped by compassionate, honest conversation. Clients have described me as a lightning bolt of clarity and a listener beneath the words.
In our work together, you strengthen your ability to regulate your nervous system and respond to change, especially during midlife and menopause, when sleep, energy, and identity are shifting.
This is coaching as both science and sanctuary, a partnership that helps you trust your own wisdom and move forward with steadiness, joy, and capacity.

My Training
My work is rooted in both science and soul. I hold a Master’s degree in Holistic Health Education from St. Catherine University, where I learned to see well-being through a truly whole-person lens. I am a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with advanced training in menopause support, and an Aromatherapist through the Pacific Institute of Aromatherapy.
Since 2010, I’ve coached more than 750 clients across the U.S. and abroad. I've partnered with leaders in higher education, NGOs & nonprofit sectors.
Whether one-on-one, facilitating events, or training with groups, I bring a blend of academic rigor and curiosity to help people reconnect with their wisdom, vitality, and purpose.
